We will contact you the week of your event. Any changes can be made that time. We will always do our best to accommodate. This will also depend on product availability at that time.   

Delivery fees vary depending on location.  

Absolutely, please let us know so we can be prepared. A few things to note. We can anchor on the grass on each side of the tent. We can also use water barrels. If we need to use water barrels we will need access to a water spout. Also note our goal is always a smooth surface for the best set up. Last but not least our tents are high peak. Please note any low hanging wires. 

Celebration PR LLC is fully licensed and insured. We would be happy to show this upon request. Our clients stress free event is our top priority. 

We require a 25% retainer. This will lock in your date. The rest is due 3 days before your event. You can also make payments anytime before your event with our easy pay system. 

unfortunately, at this time we do not. As a company we have decided to really focus on our beautiful tents. However, bounce houses may be coming in the near future. 

All of our tent rentals are overnight. You and your guests can enjoy your event all night long. We will always do our best to pick up the tent the next day. During pick up, there will be clear communication. We will send out a text to let you know we are on our way. Just ensure we have a clear path to get to our items. We will do all of the work and you can sleep in. :) 

Our goal is to always have your tent set up the night before your event.
